Georgia gay marriage ban, struck down.

Well, let's hear it for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Constance C. Russell who struck down the 2004 ballot measure that banned gay marriage in the State of Georgia. I would say give her a standing ovation if it had been struck down because it is inherently racist and discriminatory. Unforutnately she struck it down because there was some sort of Constitutional technicality involved that forced her hand.

Freedom and equality for all Americans, including gay Americans. Read my thoughts on homosexuality here.
